This company is very professional.  The customer service is top notch, made especially so by the lady in the office.  They were highly recommended by residents on our Homeowner website, so I called to make an appointment for someone to come assess our live oak trees.
Juan came soon after my call.  He admitted that he was not an arborist, so he could not advise me on the larger roots coming above the surface.  But he did provide a reasonable quote on thinning the branches on the trees so more light would reach the thinning grass.
